All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

- Available for orders over €50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We do not ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia). Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- We cannot refund original customs charges for returned items
- Delivery times may be longer for international destinations
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nabaiji purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your package.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swim caps (Bonnets de bain)
- Swimwear (Maillots de bain):
- One-piece swimsuits (Maillots de bain 1 pièce natation)
- Two-piece swimsuits (Maillots de bain 2 pièces natation)
- Baby swimwear (Maillots de bain bébé)
- Swim boxers (Boxers de bain natation)
- Pool socks (Chaussettes pour piscine)
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] using the template below
- Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
- Carefully package the item with all accessories and documentation
- Include the printed RMA form in the package
- Ship the package to the address provided

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund. The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product). For international returns, please note that we cannot refund original customs charges.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process to return the original item
- Place a new order for the item you want
- We will expedite your refund once we receive the returned item
